Monotypes are original one of kind works of art made by developing a plate with ink and then using a printer to create an image. Claire also cut out forms and inked the shapes(printing the paper again) to add drama to the the inked image. This print uses the beautiful surface of the handmade paper.

This bold statement is an attempt to describe that rare moment of triumph or joy or completion where one feels truly magnificent.
